Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
- 2In a pan, sauté pancetta with olive oil until crispy. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute.
- 3In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in grated Parmesan cheese.
- 4Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with pancetta. Remove the pan from heat.
- 5Quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture, tossing until the spaghetti is well coated. Add black pepper to taste.
